Module I: Self-Integration

Self-integration, critical to identity, is the process of connecting experiences to the self and often occurs as individuals narrate events.

5 Small Ways to Feel More Integrated

  1. A self-compassion mantra. "I am Loving Awareness" 
  2. Create something.
  3. Hold something that makes you feel grounded. A pet, a stuffed animal, a stone or mala
  4. Imagine a time when you felt totally integrated. Try writing about it or telling a friend.  
  5. Get to know the difference between feeling integrated and dis-integrated. Begin to notice triggers that set you in one direction or the other.
