“Samasa Yoga Nidra Program: Yoga Nidra Exploration”

In this program you will be introduced to our approach to yoga nidra. As Stephanie mentioned we have been approaching this ancient technique from a trauma informed perspective for more than 30 years.In this course pack you are encouraged to practice for 7 weeks. There are several documents to fill out before you start. The inventories are for you personal use. Fill out these forms so that you can come back to them at the middle and end of the program to check in and observe changes that may be occurring. There is a yoga nidra recording for each week. We encourage you to use a different one each week to see which are your favourites by the end of the program. This course is required and included in the Samasa Yoga Nidra Teacher Training Course - see below.

“Samasa Yoga Nidra Teacher Training”
