This course highlights the difference between traditional and Western Yoga and Trauma Informed Yoga. There has been a shift from endless division and pathology to a strength based mindset focusing on danger vs safety, reality vs imagination, helpful vs harmful; recognizing we all belong. #YouBelong

As you complete each section / post, mark as "COMPLETE".
