Hi, I am Denise Davis-Gains, the director of Atlas Studio and the Atlas Holistic Health and Contemplative Education school.


We are committed to excellence in complementary and alternative healthcare, collaborating with research partners, and providing advanced training for healthcare professionals, yoga teachers and individuals looking to facilitate personal growth.

Founded in 1999, we are a community yoga studio and we are now offering online programming.
