Hi, I'm Denise,
Welcome to yoga for fertility and conception. We are excited that you are here. You will find more about me and my experience in your course pack and on our website. I have been working with women, people who identify as women and couples on the issues of fertility and conception most of my adult life. Training yoga teachers since 1997 and specializing in the reproductive system came naturally to me as I was diagnosed early in life with polycystic ovaries and told that I would never conceive naturally. Many years later, 3 children conceived naturally and still the owner of a healthy reproductive system I am excited to share my journey and the technology of yoga with you.

Honouring and Healing Intergenerational Trauma through Yoga
"We answer the call to heal our past wounds and intergenerational traumas so we can live fully in the moment” Atlas Yoga School's Intention and Guiding Principle. In this training program, we will explore how our yoga and trauma recovery journey can support our path of healing the intergenerational trauma of our family - past, present and future. Through this process we connect with and slow down enough to inspire conscious conception.
