This course starts with guidance on how to enjoy a lush, healthy and safe pregnancy with lifestyle advice that applies to the pre-conceptual period and into pregnancy. The core section of the course gives day-by-day notes on pregnancy with detailed explanations of the physical and emotional changes that take place in the pregnant body and exciting insights about your baby's development within the uterus and yoga practices to support each of these exciting stages. We will offer yoga experiences along the way to support each stage of this journey. A labour and birth section takes you through the delivery of your baby. A final section that deals with some complications for the mother and baby during pregnancy, labour and the postpartum period.

I have been teaching yoga and working with bodies and women's bodies in particular since 1984. Mother of 3 and grandmother of 1, I love to support families in this magical transition from me to we.
