Foundational Training
Currently offered online in a live stream, our 200-hour fundamentals program is available in weekend formats, intensives and independant learning plans. This program is ideal for those looking to deepen their yoga practice or to take the first steps toward becoming a yoga teacher. Learn to know yourself better through self-inquiry, practice, and community (sangha).
Inspired
Our first Yoga Teacher Training was in 1997 and our focus has been to inspire and encourage students in a lifelong practice that is sustainable, enjoyable, and representative of a holistic yoga experience.
Our community is built on the diversity of our students, a kind and respectful atmosphere, and classes that inform every level of practice.
Yoga is not just about flexibility: work with and connection to our body. Strengthen and soften your muscles. Learn to explore the breath, relax your mind, and rest well.
Physical and the Metaphysical
While our program is deeply routed in sound anatomical studies and an academic understanding of the tradition we ensure that there is space and time for the subtle body and spirit.
Students are encouraged to practice and explore self as a gateway to deeper understanding and compassion for others.
Our teachers are sought after in the industry and considered some of the top teachers in our field.
